Why did I wait so long to read this?!!? This is awesome. I love all the customer service rep rivalry--it's like we're all at a fair, picking out bumper cars. It sucks to be in/with the one with the bum rep
We have submitted a full refund of $10.98 back to Amazon seller central. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. The product does not need to be returned.

And apparently they proofread their emails as well as they math.

Obviously she's giving Donna and Taylor a run for employee of the month
It's not your fault! I just double checked my invoice & it clearly says 1 box, 8 tubes, 12 tablets a tube. The seller obviously became aware of their mistake, since they changed the price, now they need to make it right. I thought that maybe they were putting it in clearance, or they were trying to get rid of old stock, since they are using those new sweeteners. It's too bad they didn't realize it before they shipped stuff, because they could have just refunded. Now, at the very least, they need to refund everyone's shipping. I know someone who ordered 10 boxes! LOL

Apparently they are more efficient now. I filed my claim with Amazon last night and within less than 24 hours got this reply:
Dear ,
Thank you for contacting customer service. I apologize Amazon is advertising that item incorrectly. That is a 1 tube for $5.99 and not 8 tubes for $5.99. We will contact Amazon and have a refund posted back to your account for $10.98. I apologize for the error and any inconvenience this may have caused.
Yes, its 10.98, not 9.33. Taylor apologizes for the error.
Please tell me this was the exact response. He/she is speaking in third person now?
LOL. This reminds me of Jimmy on Seinfeld...
Lol no that was my addition. This is the email:
Dear Amy,
Thank you for your response. I apologize, your account does show a refund of $10.98 issued through Amazon, not $9.33. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please let us know if you have any further questions. Thank you.
You guys, I haven't heard anything since the very first email from Donna. Have you actually received your refunds? How long should I wait before I send another email? I never received any breakdown like that up there ^^^, and I was never told any specific amount. She DID say it might take a couple of days.

My refund came from Amazon. It took an hour from when they emailed me to me seeing it in my account.

Update on Ms 10-Pack?
LOL! I'm not sure. He's a member of one of my running groups. I had posted it on their FB page. I responded to the posts letting them all know to demand a refund, but I haven't heard details of their struggle. One girl did say something along the lines of just sending her tube back, and I was all, "Hey, amateur!! Listen up! That's not how you handle this!!"
I sent a message this morning and already heard back from Kim that I would be refunded for my "hole" order.
Thank you for your email. We are sorry, the item was advertised incorrectly on Amazon. A refund for the hole order will be issued to your Amazon account, as soon as possible. Please keep the tube that you received. We apologize for any inconvenience.
