The Nuun Energy, B-Vitamin and Caffeine Enhanced is an 8 pack (Wild Berry, $44.99), as is the Lemon Tea ($29.99)
I'm way more invested in this than I should be at this point, but nothing pisses me off more than poor customer service. Admit something got messed up (and don't blame others) and fix it. The end.
I emailed them again and pointed out that they do sell 8 packs of Nuun as evidenced on their actual website (not just Amazon). I also stated that inconveniencing me by asking me to return the order was poor customer service as the error in the advertisement was no fault of mine.
I really just want the shipping cost back but I don't mind pointing out the shitty suggestions and customer service.

I didn't buy any nuun this time but just wanted to say, I was here for the great #nuungate debacle of 2015. Keep the updates coming - this is gripping stuff!! I hope everybody gets their refunds.

Ugh. I thought mine was going to be delivered yesterday, but it was only transferred to USPS. It may be weeks before it gets here. Do I go ahead and contact Amazon?

This is awful. I almost bought some but don't really like fruit punch, so I'm glad I didn't.
itsme I would just ask why they are selectively choosing people to refund and those that don't get a refund. Also not your fault they advertised wrong.
Taylor was the first one I dealt with, that basically said it was Amazon's error and offered no option for recourse. Vanessa is the one that told me I'd get a refund.
Also this is me doing my part to contribute to the Nuungate 2015 multipager (because 10 pages or not the fact that this is more than one page is a BFD for H&F ;D)
Chicken nugget runner actually goes back to the other place that we shall not speak of. The details are fuzzy for me. joenali, runblondie26 can you fill in some details?

It was some blogger asshole. She made a post about whether or not there were too many marathon runners. I don't remember the exact details, but she was a total dick about slower runners, when her times weren't even al that impressive. I think the chicken nugget runners were a specific group of Team in Training runners who she swore we're just running for chicken nuggets. Idk. The whole thing was ridiculous. We all commented on the blog post. Our posts were deleted, and then the entire post was deleted, due to our mean comments.
