Vanessa just responded to me saying they'll cover return shipping and refund the purchase price. I responded telling her I fully expect a full refund as it's not my fault they didn't take care of the listing issue. I'll happily return it, but I'm not paying $6 for a product I don't have.

Why are some getting a refund, others a credit, others getting fucked? This is awful. I wish I had fb. I'd totally post it. I tried to put a review on Amazon. Amazon refused to post it

So they want you to go through the trouble of shipping it back, and you'll still be out the $4.99 shipping fee on an item that only has an MSRP of $5.99? Insanity. For Pete's sake, Nashbar, refund everything and write off the cost.
My package hasn't arrived yet, but I started the claims process this morning anyway. I'll report back when I get a response.

Well crap! That sucks Amazon didn't even reply back.
They did respond but asked that I contact the seller then submit an A to Z Guarantee claim if I do not receive a satisfactory response. I tried to submit the A to Z claim just now but it says I already did. It looks like what I wrote about the dispute carried over to the claim and I mentioned that the seller was blaming Amazon. Maybe now that Amazon is involved again the seller will respond again. I'm waaaay too invested in this. Hey, I was having a bad day and this is distracting me.

They did drop in a hello fresh voucher in my package for $40. When I went to redeem it and check it out, it was only for $32. Still nice but omg lol Lol this just won't end lol

I'm *really* tempted to link them to this post just as proof of what differences there are even amongst their staff. I don't want to open that can of worms though, but I have no issue going to FB.
