I got Vanessa. She wants me to return the product (they cover return shipping) and then they will refund me. I am waiting to verify if they will refund the original purchase price and shipping. I don't want to be out any money for their error.

Taylor is a fickle little bitch. I have an email from him (her?) stating I am getting a full refund and I do not need to return it either. I am assuming that includes shipping, but we will see. I didn't contact Amazon at all, just these fools. I still haven't gotten my package, it should be here sometime today or tomorrow.
My initial email just let them know that from other customers' recent experiences and by the weight of the package, that they were not shipping me what i had ordered per their description of the product. I requested that they send me a pre-paid return shipping label and refund cost of product and shipping.
Oh, he did make sure to blame the issue on Amazon.

Well Richard from Amazon and all of his smiley faces assured me that they'd make everything right, so if this fuckery continues with the company, I'm going back to Amazon..and if all else fails, my CC company.
I have a lot of faith in Amazon, they have yet to let me down.
Exept on Amazon Prime Day. Biggest let down ever. Ha.

I just got my single tube in the mail so I went to both Nashbar and Amazon for the first go. F that if they think I'm going to deal with sending it back, or pay $11 for a single tube. I'll be jumping to their facebook if (who am I kidding, when) this doesn't get resolved.
I think you all need to jump on their Fb page all at once with the different email solutions to the same problem.
Nashbar is a fairly widely known cycling company that advertised or sells stuff a skosh cheaper than what you normally find elsewhere, I'm sure as shit not using them again for anything.

Well, got my order and the fight is on. Did you initiate through Amazon with the "initiate a claim" button? Just curious how to make sure I get Amazon addressing this without having to deal with Nashbar first (unless I have to).
