I would totally do this. 80ft is nothing.
I spent a summer on the tall ship Europa and regularly ate a sandwich up in the rigging while working. I feel like with the pendulum swing from the mast it was probably worse and that this would be cancelled in high winds. The yards we sat on were at 75 ft above the water. Topmasts brought the ship up to 105 ft.

I have had a nightmare many times over the years that I'm having lunch on a picnic table with my children. Suddenly I notice the picnic table is floating and it just keeps getting higher. Then the kids start sliding off of it and I'm trying to hold on to them and the table. I have had this dream at least 3 or 4 times.
At every meal one of the following happens: I drop my fork. I drop my napkin (usually if this happens, it happens 3-4 times). I drop my phone. I also occasionally knock over a water glass.
So, unless this is one part dining experience for those up above, one part kooky game show for those down below, I'm going with nope.
I'm so impressed by all the thoughtful people who care about whether they kill people below.
That never occurred to me. (They appear to be over water anyway.) What DID occur to me, is whether or not they would let me drink wine. Yes, right? A drunk person would be bad up there, but just a glass or two, yes?
I guess I would do this, because it doesn't scare me...but I feel like maybe it's a little stupid.
ETA: Never mind. I see in the second pic, that there is booze!
