Morning all! Heading in to clinicals, 3 left for the quarter! I have some major studying to do when I get home. The weekend was busy but good, I am still counting down the days until summer though.

You guys, Tman is 10 today. TEN YEARS OLD! I'm trying not to be really upset, but I am. I am on the brink of tears for sure and I'm sure they will come sometime today. It's just going by too fast.
James and I spent some time decorating after Tman went to bed. So, he gets to wake up to all kinds of happy birthday. It's displayed in 6 different places throughout our condo.
Tman and I are home today - took the day off and kept him out of day camp. I think we are going to get donuts in our pajamas this morning. We might go bowling or see a movie before James gets home from work. When he does get home, we are going to play laser tag and then go out to dinner. I made a cake and he has SIX wrapped gifts on the table that he doesn't get to open until cake. It's going to drive him crazy. Hahaha.
That's our day - all about Tman day.
OH, hahaha, our "vicious breed" is afraid of the birthday decorations. He's been hiding in the bedroom. Poor guy. I had to take his breakfast in there to him. It's so pitiful.

Happy Birthday Tman! And sending you lots of strength georgeharrison! I don't blame you one bit, DD turns 10 in November and I could already cry about it.
Not a whole lot going on today. A few meetings and catching up on some other work stuff. On the way home I need to stop at Costco since I didn't make it there yesterday.
I had a hard time sleeping last night but am feeling allright now that ive had coffee. Gonna head to the gym in a little bit and hang out with my mom.
Anybody have recommendations for landscape contractors in the north end?? H and i have not had luck finding anyone to do pavers/deck in our backyard. Im anxious to get our hot tub delivered!

Happy birthday, Tman! Way to go, Big 10!
It's a tired Monday for me. Busy, busy, busy weekend. Got to see my grandpa with his plane (it wasn't HIS plane, but it was actually one from his squadron, which was super cool. It was really emotional for him, and it was such a great moment. Plus seeing all those planes was super cool. It was good family time.
Then on Sunday, we got little man baptized. It was beautiful and wonderful, and he did great. Now his head smells like chrism oil and I want to sniff him all the time.
And now I'm at work and I don't wanna. I'm having a hard time not falling asleep at my desk. But J is home with the kids, so he got to stay in bed longer. Lucky! But come Friday, the kids will be at IL's house for the weekend (and following week), so we'll get plenty of rest then.

Happy B-day Tman! And hugs to your "vicious" boy dog, georgeharrison
I had a lazy weekend, and am counting down to Seafair weekend this weekend! I plan on going to a Seafair party where I will get to see my friend's adorable 1 month old Can't wait!
Last week was crazy, this week should be nice and chill. E has been terrible the last week, even hitting and kicking at daycare, which he's never done. I realized it might be because I took his pacifier away except in bed. Last night he woke crying and wanting to sleep with me. Gotta enjoy these sweet moments while I can.
I tried to add the photo, but it says it's too big.
Happy birthday T-Man. A big happy birthday to our own MrsPotatohead as well!
Well, I had an eventful weekend. I think the party went well despite the weather being a little dreary, at least 5-8 ppl bailing day of, and the kitty drama right as the party was about to start. The clover cake turned out really pretty.
Aellasbeth mentioned it but just as the party was going to start, we tried taking Ivan upstairs to seclusion in the bathroom as he's afraid of children and will lash out at them as he doesn't want them within 15 feet of him. Well, poor kitty was freaked out and bit me badly in the top of the hand. I think I have at least 7 puncture bites but the two on the top were bad bleeders. By the end of the evening, my hand was badly swollen and I couldn't move any fingers. Woke up at 3am or so in gasping in pain and eventually managed to get down the stairs to find my vicodin. Went to Urgent care the next morning and it was already starting to show worsening signs of infection. They've given me antibiotics and recommended a wrist brace which has been the biggest help in lessening the pain. I can only move the pinky :/ Picked up the prescriptions (hey, they had my antidepressant!) and then spent the rest of the day on the couch watching movies. I'm at work and its interesting usingthe mouse with my left hand and typing with a normal left and a one finger on the right keys approach.
@ksta Your clover cake turned out so nice! Your picture of it made me really want some cake haha. I am so sorry about your hand though! I hope Ivan spends the next week making it up to you, the little booger.
Nothing exciting here. I got a good little amount of cleaning done this morning and some laundry done while Aj was content enough to either not be held or for me to wear him. Sadly it didn't last as long as I had hoped so now we and hanging out while the girls run around playing some sort of Dr office game with some tupperware and stuffed animals- wait change that they are now playing something else. I have no clue what though. Guys my newborn is getting big so fast and I do not approve! He is just having growth spurt after growth spurt. Like ones that the girls went through spread out over the first 3 or 4 months. He is not even a month yet!!
Happy B-day T-man, and congrats on passing your class! I am sure he would
So a lot happened this past weekend...
Saturday:
Highlight: My sister proposed to her GF and that was super cute, she did it at their picture taking appointment so the photographers could capture the moment...aww
Problems: The girl dog had the runs... on my vacuum, thanks dog.
Had to move furniture
We went to NOAH and I adopted a dog. They told me he was 2 but I think he is more like 7 months, very much still a puppy (and he was crypt which is suspicious) plus he has these huge paws and super soft fur. In short he is a doll, but I am not sure I can handle a puppy at this point in my life and I feel like this makes me a terrible person.
I love a lot about him and he gets along with the girl dog so well... I am going to give him some time and then make a decision, because I think he might need to be on a farm or a working dog.
Sunday: We went hiking and that huge thunderstorm rolled up on us, well new dog ripped out of the collar and bolted. Thanks to social media we got him back someone found him on the side of the road walking a few hours later.
I was super tired last night from the stress, running around in the rain looking and the hiking
Today: Work came too early with a lot of assignments and after a 20 minute walk outside he pooped on the floor :l
Happy birthday T-man. I am exhausted - both the child and the dog are extra needy as H is out of town, thankfully he comes home on Friday. It wouldn't be so bad if I could send jr to camp but no due to his behavior the only day he can go this week is tomorrow. I think I need to get a sitter for one day so I have some sanity.
spa deep breath. puppy stage is definitely hard, especially if they haven't been worked with much or they too are adjusting to a new surrounding. Do you guys have a harness for him? I'd recommend getting one to prevent him slipping out again and great for training. What kind of dog is it?
