I work 7-3 and used to pump at work 9 and 1. Also I would pump in the morning after the baby nursed. With your schedule I would probably do 10:45 or 11 and 1pm.
When I was teaching, I would do the am feeding and then pump right afterward before I went to work, so around 7am. LC told me you produce a lot in the mornings, so that's a good time to do it. If you don't produce enough to do that, I'd pump once before 1st period (give yourself about 25-30 minutes before kids arrive.
Pump at 11
If you stay to grade or something, pump at 3 or when you get home. If I needed more, I'd also pump before bed, but 2 hrs after bedtime feeding.
I feed the baby before I leave for work (around 7am), then I pump at 10, 1, and 4 and feed her before bed at 7pm. Sometimes things shift when meetings bump my normal pumping times.
Can you pump right when you get into work? Then pump again at 10:45/11:00 and once more at 1 or right after the school day is over (guessing your a teacher based on the replies).

I was lucky with pumping because I was a crazy overproducer.
I would pump usually at 10:30 or 11:00 for 20 minutes and again at 2:30 or 3:00 for 20 minutes and would get about 16 - 20 ounces from those two sessions.
I just started back at work this week, but so far my schedule seems to be working pretty well. I work 9-6 and pump at 11, go home at lunch to nurse around 12:30, pump at 4.

I used to do an extra pumping session after the 5:00 feeding, and nurse again right before i left for work at 7.
Then at work I HAD to do it by 11 (this looked different how I managed it the 3 different babies/years, but it was always by 11, then again either on my lunch or afternoon special (so 12:30-1:30ish.)
Then of course when I got home.
One year I didn't have a morning break when I needed to pump. Actually 2 years. One of them I had an aide and was able to step out for 20 min, the other year they had me ask around to see who would possibly cover me when I pumped.
Are you guys seriously driving and pumping? lol I cannot multitask like that.
That's what I'm thinking! I considered it, since I'm driving in rush hour traffic and all. but a)I drive on 95 with all the truckers in the morning and b) if I spilled my milk id cry and CRY.
I nurse one or two times before work, then I pump at 10am, 2pm and 4:15pm. I often have to adjust these times due to meetings. I nurse twice in the evening before bed, and wake up around 3am to pump.
I actually produce more in the afternoons, contrary to the usual info that you produce more in the beginning of the day.

I'm glad you said that -- I was beginning to wonder what I was doing wrong in the morning. I can only get a 2-2.5oz snack bottle in the morning, but can easily do 4-5oz bottles in the afternoon
