I'm fairly certain this is a terrible idea but would it be awful to do 21 day fix (mostly just the workouts, I already track my food and try to eat fairly well) and train for a marathon? My first marathon is Sept 28.
Knowing very little specifics about the program, I think it might be too much during marathon training. They have you do a workout everyday, right? I have to wonder if it would start to impact your runs. Maybe you can use the workouts a few times a week as x-training? I mean, I guess you can give it a try and see how you feel. If you find you're more tired & sore for your runs than you would like, you could cut back.
No, stick to marathon training. It's too much to do when you are training for a specific event. I'd start a few weeks after you recover from your marathon.

I have been doing fix for a few months now, and am training for a half. I still follow the meal plan, but have cut back to upper, pilates, and yoga, and do the 10 minute abs on lighter days. I figure I can go back to the regular program when I'm done with my race.
