I have a 3 yr old and a 1 yr old so I have setup a home gym with treadmill and elliptical, free weights and tv/dvd player.
I mainly run on the treadmill and do Jillian Michaels DVDs. I have gone through the entire collection a few times including the Body Shred. So as much as I love her DVDs, I need to expand my horizons. I tried Insanity and the jumping was too much on my knees so I sold those DVDs. Does anyone have any suggestions for other good DVD workouts?
I have done T25, 21 day fix, Body Beast (the build phase) and am on month two of insanity max 30. T25 is hands down my favorite. You can follow the modifier to avoid the jumping. The program is great because the Alpha phase is all about form and working your core, Beta starts to integrate weights and if you decide to move on to Gamma (separate dvds) it is focused on strength.
