The only strategy change is for the run. Last IM I did a 10 min run/1 min wall and walked all the aid stations. This time I plan on only walking the aid stations. That'll hopefully lead to a slightly faster marathon time. My overall goal is to go under 13 hours. I did 13:07 in 2013 IMLP, so I think it's doable. But, I'll be happy staying under 14.
