I spent 4 hours at urgent care yesterday because my foot and leg still turn purple and my foot swelled like a sausage the other day. I wanted to go for peace of mind. Still have dvt (probably won't go away for a bit), and discoloration is normal when a patient has had ankle surgery, dvt and starts weight bearing. I'm doing everything right in terms of exercise, medication, etc. it's been a long road.
We are building a shed. From scratch. Using plans that H's boss drew up. In his head.
Oh this should go well! Lol update later!
So far there have been four trips to Home Depot and we're $120 over estimate. I'm also pretty sure I haven't seen anyone actually measure anything. I'm just the gopher today. They need something, I get it.
We got back from vacation last night and I want a lazy day but H is all "let's go out to eat! Let's go to the lake! Let's go to the movies!!!" I'm like, take it down a notch, peppy. Jesus. Ugh!
I think I have a UTI and it's miserable. I have to work tonight and it's going to suck so bad.
I called my doctor and the clinic is really strict about giving a sample. I didn't have time to go to urgent care today so I will have to wait until tomorrow.
We took DS to fireworks last night & he was such a good boy BUT he then proceeded to get up at 4:45 am thinking it was morning & cried off & on until I let him get up at 6:00.
At 6:45 I gave up. &'woke H up & went back to bed until 8am.
I think the last time I slept until 8 was college.
Then we went to the coolest science center in NH with ILs. It was super fun & I had actual fun with my IKs which never happens
This afternoon H & I are taking turns raking care of DS & napping. Is it awful that my turn consisted of sticking him in front if the TV &Hs involves dinner/ bath & bed.
Also I gave lost 11.5 lbs in 4 weeks. Also I love Prozac. I want to kill things 75 percent less.

I hope this reassures you, not discourages you, but my mom broke her leg at the ankle when I was 16, so almost 20 years ago, it still swells and turns color from time to time.
