I just ordered some Tailwind to try for the first time (orange flavor). I use a 4-bottle fuel belt with 8 oz bottles. How do/would you mix it up for long runs? Currently, I take around 3 gels plus nuun during my long runs. If I put tailwind in one of my bottles, would it be easy to refill it mid-run? I could carry the powder in a small ziplock bag. Or should I make that bottle super concentrated at the start, and take small sips from it?
I'll try it out on my moderately long mid-week run to make sure it sits well in my stomach before I take it with me on a long run.

i mix up 2 scoops in a big 4 cup measuring glass thing. then i pour it into my camelbak. supplement with water on races, nothing on self-guided long runs.
