Not many. DH doesn't like personal pictures in the main "public" areas. Her prefers art and mirrors and other wall hangings. I don't care enough to fight him on it.
We do have one framed picture of the three of us on a bookshelf in the living room. A collection of wedding pictures in our bedroom and a framed picture of DD in my dressing room. I have a few other ones scattered on the shelves in my dressing room. DD's birth announcement is framed in her room. I think that's it...
None at the moment. We are moving and the pictures are packed. I'm looking forward to doing a photo wall going up the stairs and along the upstairs hallway.
1 canvas above the basement fireplace of my older 3 kids, about 10 family photos (none with me) on the upstairs office mantel. Our wedding photo in a frame on my dresser in my bedroom. That's it. None on the main level.
Very few. We have maybe three frames scattered around bookshelves downstairs. Upstairs we have a couple on the wall in our room but I am planning on getting rid of them when we redecorate our room in a few months.
I'd say we have a lot. In our family room, we have built-ins on both sides of the fireplace, so those shelves have a lot of photos. I haven't updated the photos in those frames for years so there are no photos of DS though! That's where the majority are, but we have 3 large framed photos in our upstairs hallway and there's a spot up there where we plan to duplicate the gallery wall of wedding photos the same way we did in our last house. I love photos!!
Too many. This is just some of them. I need to update and add some of the ones I have taken so DH doesn't start getting weird about buying me the new camera.
We have 1 collage of friends/family in our office and 3 wedding pics plus a collection of ds1 pics in the living room (haven't gotten around to hanging any pics of ds2 yet oops). Ds1 has a framed picture of dh and I on his dresser. We also have 4 framed pictures of us with friends sitting around our tv room. So quite a few!
Not that many. We have a gallery wall with a mix of family and location photos (places we visited on vacation). Then we have three large pictures of DS/us up on another wall. Now that DD is here, I'll have to switch her into some of those.
A fair number in our private areas and a few framed pics on bookshelves and a console table in our main living area and study.
We have a photo wall in Caramini's room and a smaller one in our room.
I do keep frames that swing open in the breakfast room and switch them out with Caramini's artwork.
My private office at work is like a shrine to my family. I am a total AW there.
ETA: Much of our "artwork" are B&W photos I have taken on vacation or things that we have purchased on vacation. They are all landscapes or pictures of architectural elements, though not pictures of people. They just have special meaning to us.
I have an ongoing photo wall in the dining room. And an embarrassingly large portrait of me in our master (my senior picture - it's behind a door, though, lol, as a compromise of H wanting to hang it in a public area and me wanting to stick it in a closet). H has a few in his office on shelves.
