This sounds like a kick ass party for 10+ year olds, or hell even a HS graduation party, but it's a bit (read: a LOT) much for 4 year olds. They could have just picked one of each of the many things they had planned and done 1 a year for the next 5 years.
I agree that these people combined 3 yrs of bday party ideas into one, which combined for a Big Ol' Fail! There had to be food for the kids, right? Why else was Dad "manning the grill in back" as super weirdly specified on the invite?
