I'm at a victim services conference until Friday. Thus far I've learned more about human trafficking, how trauma effects the brain and restraining orders for teens. Troubling topics, but my brain is happy to break out of my daily routine. Tonight I'm taking the kids to a torture museum and then to ride some roller coasters!
I want to hear all about the torture museum please and thank you. #we'reallcrazytolovethisstuff

DS says "I don't understand why you people like this stuff!" It's going to be super campy...it's $6 a person to get in! But they have a new John Wayne Gacy exhibit! Gonna be something!!
My nausea is gone and I was starving so I ate a freaking quarter pounder with cheese and fries. I'm still hungry.
A and I are still "dating", I guess but I'm super ambivalent about it. I keep thinking if we just let it fade away I'd be fine with that. For the sake of a ten year friendship, I think we should make a clear break though. I do think he's in the same ambivalent place that I'm in so the convo shouldn't be weird or anything.
And...as soon as that convo happens I think I'm gonna try Tinder. I'm skerred.
Oh, and spindle92 just reminded me....I was freezing last night and didn't want to wake up all the kids, trying to find my hoodie, so I grabbed DS's...and it fit. He's 11!

I stopped for french fries and iced coffee. Yum.
I called the humane society because two dogs were running through a busy intersection in my city I tried to catch them but they we're fast. Friendly with collars (but no tags!), so they're someone's pets. I hope they don't get injured.

I somehow seem to have aggravated the tendon that wraps from the inside of my ankle to the bottom of my foot. So now that's hurting on one side, and the ankle I sprained a month ago is still not healed on the other side, so I'm walking around with two ankle braces on. I'm a mess! (Also, these better not interfere with me dancing--in heels--at BFF's wedding on Saturday.)
Muddled I have appointments set with two financial advisors. Hopefully I'll be changing within the next few weeks.
Oh, I was kidding. I'm not really scared. I just hope I don't have the same experience with Tinder as I did with Match. I had a hard time with getting excited about someone only to be disappointed.

I've had that with all the sites/apps I think. I'm learning to manage my expectations, but it's definitely a process. Sorry about you and A, by the way. Hopefully Tinder will be better for you.
Kaneen one drunk night my friend downloaded the app and all of us (5 people) had fun swiping all the guys. Not realizing we were liking all of them! I think we swiped yeah on over 100. Make sure you know what way is right. We thought we were just browsing.
She met a guy on there and they are still dating. He's super cool.
What I like best about Tinder is how easy it is to unmatch and if you keep communication on there, once you unmatch a guy he can't be a creep and send you texts.
