I foam roll a lot. But always forget my feet. Ahhhhh just rolled a golf ball under each foot for a long time. Ahhhhhhhhhh so good. It almost made me sleepy lol

Tennis balls. Our yoga instructor did a full hour where all we did was lie/roll around with a couple of them. It was great. I try to do it at least once a week.

I have a stick roller with teeth that gets in all of the right places I use a Triggerpoint ball at work on my feet and hamstrings when I'm stuck at my desk And ice has been magical on the tendonitis in my foot this week
