I am thankful that even though my baby was not put on his bus after his first day of kindergarten yesterday the school got him back safe.
I'm thankful that he wasn't traumatized by the ordeal.
I'm thankful that I did not have a heart attack.
Oh no!! There was just a thread about this on MMM. DD really wants to ride the bus next year, and I'm already freaking about it with these stories! SO glad all was ok for you guys!
I am thankful for the safe & healthy arrivals of our brand new H&Fers, baby I and baby N. I am also thankful that all is well w/ ebeth and runblondie26 and that they are enjoying their new additions.
I am thankful that I finally get to meet a dear friend's baby this weekend, and that DH and I are only 1 week away from vacation!
I'm thankful for the beautiful weather we have been having, and the nice mornings with just DH and DD2 (who sleeps until 9! Bless her!). I'm thankful my kids love their teachers already. I think it is going to be a great year.

I'm thankful for my run this morning. Beautiful rainbow and sunrise. Though my legs felt dead, I ran fast (for me), and had some impressive negative splitting (to be fair, it was 2 miles uphill, 2 miles downhill).

Hugs @vtcupcake.
I'm thankful for an amazing run this morning. Almost no humidity, a bit of a breeze, and I was a bit chilly at the start and in the shade.
I'm thankful I found H&F and my running group. I'm not sure how I would've made it thru marathon training thus far without any of you or if I would even be attempting this.
I'm thankful that I have some awesome friends I can vent to about all my home selling stuff.
I'm thankful for my PT. I'll be back at school with my students as planned, although not yet at 100%, but I'll survive! I'm thinking of sending her and her partner a bouquet of flowers on the first day of school thanking them!
I'm thankful that my weight gain has hit a plateau for the last month. Gaining 25 pounds by week 25 was a bit "yikes", but its stopped for the last month. I know its for a good cause and I know there's a few more pounds to be gained over the next 2 months, and I mostly thankful for a healthy pregnancy so far.

I'm thankful for a nice ride last night with husband. It felt amazing out, only 85* instead of mid 90s. And, the mornings have been gorgeous around 70*. I think it's just about time for me to try picking back up running since the temperature is so much better.
I'm thankful that my manager is out for the next 2 days. It makes for a much more relaxed and happy environment. And I'm more productive.

I am thankful that I still have the opportunity to play field hockey at my age, that my knees are still letting me run/spring and that we'll be on holiday in 8 days (and that the resort we're staying at has a free spa and an amazing gym plus personal trainers to work with you).
I'm so thankful my job is so incredibly flexible. I can essentially work at home as much or as little as I want. I really appreciate it on weeks like this where we have first day of school and doctors appointments and everything else. I can work at home, do my mom thing and still have time to work out.

Thanks me too! It was so terrifying. His school does "phase in days" for K, half the class goes Wednesday and the other half Thursday, then they all go on Friday so he didn't go today (which of course led to multiple meltdowns because he wanted to). His teacher did call me personally yesterday evening to talk about what happened and made me feel better about it, but I will feel a lot better after they get him home safe on the right bus tomorrow!

I just can't imagine the fear when he wasn't where he was supposed to be. Sheer panic, I'm sure. I'm glad his teacher was in touch. Hopefully they will get their system running seamlessly. I'm sure he'll be set tomorrow (I'm sure they'll be paying extra attention to which bus he gets on!). Thankfully he is excited, and it didn't phase him too much!
