There is a 40% chance of rain here most of the weekend. I'll do 3 hour bike rides around the rain. I also have to take a big pile of things to a local charity drop off. The local velodrome has it's final big event of the year Saturday night if it's not raining. It's always a good time.
Tonight, I am going "super slow and super light" in class for the first time since I started PT
Tomorrow, I have 5 miles, which is the same as I did last Saturday. My additional mileage was a weekday thing, so I'm excited to just repeat last week's long run.
My parents are coming tomorrow afternoon. We are going to the Air Force museum and then to one of my favorite restaurants. Sunday is complete rest/gentle yoga
I am volunteering for a race tomorrow and hoping to be done in time for a 1 mile race the older two are running. This is my last big training w/e before my half taper. After that I have my trail race and marathon taper. Feels weird wrapping things up early but the half was always the main goal.

Tomorrow I have 18 miles and I'm doing a 10 mile race. Its super hilly and was an amazing race last year so I didn't want to miss it. So 2 mile warmup, race, 6 mile cool down. I just noticed they doubled the amount of entrants which I'm sad about there was 600 last year and it was perfectly sized.
Saturday afternoon/evening 2 of my girlfriends are coming over to sit by the pool and go out for dinner.
Sunday I am supposed to do 5 recovery miles. I'll probably sit by the pool the rest of the day as well.

I'm running 20 miles tomorrow. I'm already tired, so I hope it's not a complete disaster! DH and I have a dinner date tomorrow night, and then my son has an unofficial pre-K "graduation" and class picnic on Sunday.
Today is my rest day. Going to a party at a neighbor's tonight. Should be fun!
Tomorrow: running at least five miles tomorrow, but I'm hoping to manage six. That one little mile shouldn't matter so much but at 4.5 my brain will probably say "meh good enough!"
Kid soccer game afterward, then another neighbor party in the evening.
Sunday: I'd like to try a Pi-yo class at the gym, then do some core and upper body stuff. may meet up with some ladies from MRTT in the afternoon for an event at a local running store. Probably will take the kid to the pool in the evening.

Today - Rest
Tomorrow- Sprint Tri!! Super excited for this. It's a shorter more manageable swim (1/4 mile vrs 1/2 mile) but longer hillier bike portion than my first one - last year. I walked away somewhat traumatized by the swim portion and vowed never again. Whoops - glad I didn't keep that vow! Plus I am doing it with 3 other awesome ladies which is always fun.
Sunday- Will run 3-5 or bike depending on weather/how I feel/ what I can talk H into.
Lifted this morning, then I'm going to hop in the car with Mr. Cupcake, head to Charlotte, and watch the New England Patriots play the Panthers. I am way-de-hay more excited about eating fabulous sushi at our favorite Japanese place in Charlotte than the game itself
I feel like every time you are in Charlotte, I am headed out of town. I think we've crossed paths a couple times at the airport. Have a nice visit! Go Panthers!
F: acupuncture S: easy bike ride with my friends who are doing their first tri in a few weeks S: track workout and watching my 2 tri buddies at the 70.3 world championship in Austria

Today: lots and lots of walking S: weight lifting Sun: recovery from drinking at party Saturday night, and hopefully a short run (25-30 min) followed by date night M (we have a bank holiday so everyone is off): weight lifting & fun (I won a free compartment on the London Eye so bringing a bunch of friends to join me and my H)
H&F wise? Easy run tomorrow and yoga. 10 mile "race" Sunday. I plan on going super early to run 6 miles before and then 10 hopefully MP miles on tired legs hence the "" around race. Then cookout!
My H&F stuff this weekend is more about supporting others. Volunteering for our MRTT virtual by marking the 5/10k courses with turns and motivating stuff, and hopefully getting in at least 10 miles for myself.
We're celebrating our 5th anniversary, so it's a nice dinner out and hopefully plenty of wine! So, uh, probably nothing on Sunday.
Love of my life baby boy born 11/11. One and done not by choice; 3 years of TTC yielded 4 MMC and 2 CPs, through 4 IUIs and 2 IVFs. Focusing on making the world a better place instead...and running.

You know how sometimes you get in a funk where you're tired, sore, exhausted, cranky about everything and completely out of sorts? I can't commit to any workouts this weekend because that's how I feel today.
With luck there will be one long run and a spinning/weightlifting session.
I also would not be surprised if I finish the entire six pack of Diet Coke I just bought. Because that's what I do when I'm sad.
Today was swim and spin class. Tomorrow is spin and then a bodypump type thing. Sunday is off, or I might do the casual 3 mile run with the running group
