Firday: i was supposed to do 3 miles but i skipped it and made it a rest day
Saturday: puno Sunday: 5 miles. H said he would run with me.
For the runners i am tryong to train for a half marathon and the schedule i started has me running 4 days a week but i feel like for my body that might be a bit much do you think omitting one of the runs a week is okay? It wouodnt be the long run. But moat weeka have a 3 mile run either at the beginning or on run 3. Do you think i wouod be okay omitting that or should i really try to do the 4 day training weeks.

If you just want to just finish, it should be fine. I'm pretty sure my first couple of half marathons were run after training for about 3 days/week. I wasn't fast but I had fun so there you go. I'd probably try to cross train 1-2 times per week if you do a 3 day/week running
ilovecandy DH trains for a half marathon or two a year on 3 runs a week. He lifts, swims, and bikes as well. He does a long run and 2 short runs (like 2-4 miles). My advice to him would be to bump those up to 5-6, but I keep my mouth shut and he never asks.
