Not from them, but we did order from blinds galore - and they were fine. It was for a fairly large window and we did the measuring ourselves. I think the total length was 105" from end to end and we broke it down to 3 blinds on one rail. It was easy enough to order online and the directions to measure were simple to follow as well.
If I remember correctly, they came within the promised time frame and were well packaged. Even installation wasn't too bad.
We ordered our motorized blackout roller blinds from them. They made an adjustment for me when there was a better sale the day after I ordered, and the quality is good, but we measured the way they said to and there are gaps on the sides that kind of bug me. Our other roller blinds are like that too, so maybe that is the nature of the beast, but it isn't like that in their photos.
We ordered some woven wood shades from blinds chalet that are nice, and the prices were great/great sales. They fit the opening well. The guest room shades have blackout lining and are very private, but I like that the others can be down and you can still see out during the day. Those are on courtyard facing windows, so it doesn't matter if someone can kind of see in at night if the lights are on, since we are usually the only people out there.
We ordered through them when we built our house. We ordered 2" faux-wood horizontal blinds and they are great. No problems with the order, delivery, or installation and the price was really good. We have installed blinds from Home Depot and Lowe's before and DH said that were as good or better than anything we have previously used. The only problem I had was figuring out which blinds went to which window. You can give each set of blinds a name (something like "Living room west window" or "Master bath") so you can identify them but it is written really small on the label and took me a few minutes to figure out where to look for the name.
