Why can't realtors put the photos in some semblance of order / flow through the house? Why put a kitchen pic, a bedroom pic, a kitchen pic, a living room pic, a kitchen pic ad nauseam?!
I also appreciate floor plans, even if it's just a sketch. The flow of a house matters to me a lot more than the decor.
I drew a floor plan for ours and JPEGed it for our realtor because that was something I always wanted. She said she got tons of positive feedback on it.

I have a copy of the basic floor plan from the builder saved on my computer. I was going to get rid of it but thought it would be helpful if we ever sold.
They aren't in order because realtor.com grabs the first 4-5 pics to feature - you deliberately load them into the MLS that way so it pulls a variety. Then you click through to the listing to see everything else.
I agree, though, it's disorienting.
And floor plans are great. I wish there was an easy way to put that on every listing.

I see a lot of listings that manage to get the order mostly right. It's just a few that are massively out of order.
I prefer them in order too. My pet peeve is listing lots of bedrooms without clarifying most are in the basement.
I HATE that. I wish the full MLS information was available for all realtor.com listings. Every time I've seen the full MLS info it shows not only the floor the room is on but also the floor covering.
