I'm up. And exhausted. I was hoping to get some extra sleep last night, but I'm so anxious/stressed about things, and I can never sleep well when that happens. I'm getting ready to meet my group for 20 miles. I hope I pull some energy out of somewhere!

I was up at 6:45am which was not needed. Hope the rest of your recover from lack of sleep. Good job in getting in workouts despite sleepy. Going to be doing weight lifting after watching the Arsenal game.
Urrgggg, I am annoyed at Mr. GT. I'm back from my run and he was still sleeping, ummmm, if I had known you didn't care I would have run those extra two miles.
I did reconfirm that coffee pre-run is still a no.
I have been up on and off all night. I feel super anxious and I don't know why. I am up for good now (before 5am) because I'm meeting a group of my CF friends for a 3 mile run. Maybe I'm anxious because I am worried I'll be late to pick people up or because the kid and husband are sick and that may derail plans for today and tomorrow. I think a lot of my anxiety is stemming from upcoming plans and what being sick will do to them. We have big plans for next weekend and the weekend after is my comp. I cannot be sick!
I took advantage of the slight cooler morning for a quick 4 miler. Going for a haircut at 11 and then day drinking in the Heights on a patio somewhere TBD. It's been kind of a rough week.
19 miles done! That was rough. I went with a group and we had too many stops, including a diversion to the airport for water. But I got it done and ran up the Iwo Jima hill twice, good training for MCM.

Hubs and I took our bikes out for some off road fun last night and left the kids with a sitter. As punishment for our sins, Graham was up at 4:50 and hasn't been back to sleep yet, four hours later.

I've been up. I just got home from the farmers market. This afternoon I plan on a few miles on the treadmill since my Mom is here recovering from surgery.
Ran five with the bob. Scrubbing the house and yoga later. Then to dinner! We don't have the kid tonight. It's a shame I have to get up at 4 tomorrow and am also having that pesky thing that comes once a month otherwise the hubs and could have a fun night . Oh well, early bedtime for me
I'm up nice and late. I am going for a swim I think. I seem to have slept weird on my shoulder so either a nice easy swim will be great to stretch it out or horrible.
