Xh seems to think the restraining order doesn't apply to him. He has started calling and texting again. I'm filing a police report tomorrow.

I also received some bad news about him and I'm going back to court to ask that he no longer have visitation. I can't imagine it will be denied, he hasn't seen the since 4th of July weekend.

I can't afford my attorney anymore so I'll be going at this alone .

I seriously thought things were becoming easier. Fml.

Ditto reporting him for RO violations ! Is there a way to include the kids on it ? It sounds like they might need to be protected from him too based on the new news.

Thanks everyone! Guess the roller coaster is never going to end.

I figured out how to block his numbers so he can't call the home phone anymore. If the kids want to call him, they can, but he can't call here.
