Yesterday I raked our whole back yard. Afterwards I had to lay on the floor flat on my back because I apparently tweaked my lower back which tends to be weak from a previous back injury. Plus, a few hours after I stopped I noticed my thumb hurt and this morning my entire thumb and all the way down to my wrist is bruised. This is because I'm getting old I know it. It's pretty sad to be in so much pain from a few hours of raking lol!
I get DS up and get him ready for daycare every morning. The only thing DH does is his hair. I was exhausted after only getting a few hours sleep last night and waiting on him to do DSs hair so we could leave so I was lying on DSs floor while he drove his cars on me. After he got out of the shower I asked a second time and he says "you have two hands, do it yourself"
Are.you.kidding.me. Not to mention he is supposed to do dishes at night and take the trash out (trash day). He left a pot in the sink and DSs diaper pail bag in the hallway. If you are going to tell me that I have two hands, do it myself, you better have your shit in order.
I'm becoming more and more natural and low maintenance in my style and I like it. I've been binge watching Revenge and this show makes me want to get all dressed up and do something fancy.

Rehome!
Does he want to get stabbed?
I really think he does. A few months ago he told me "parents don't get breaks" while I was wrangling DS who was acting like a monster so he could socialize with his family when we were visiting. He spent most of the weekend drinking a beer sitting on the deck. There was a canal nearby and if there was a gator in it I might have pushed him in.
Ohhh and he won't be home tonight until after DS goes to bed. Because hobby.
I started binge watching Girl Meets World this weekend. I'm a bit embarrassed, but it's so cute! It stays true enough to the format of Boy Meets World, but is original enough to stand on its own. Plus I love it when the old characters show up.
I have an insane "to do" list for today, but I can't get motivated to get going on it...
First day back at work after being on vacation last week. So far my computer has prevented me from having to do any real work, and I'm leaving two hours early because DS's DCP has a doctor's appt this afternoon. So not a bad start.
I am having trouble adjusting to being back from vacation and shifting into September/back to school stuff. This week is busy and I can't wrap my head around it.
Poor DD came down with a pretty high fever yesterday. I'm hoping she is better today so she doesn't have to miss her first day of kindergarten tomorrow.
I have to wear a wrist splint for the next two weeks. No bone injuries, but the doctor was worried about the cartilage. I do not plan on telling any CWs how I really hurt it (I fell off a teeter totter), if they ask. Embarrassing!
I am still in training at my second job. Last night I worked until 11:30. That is way past my bedtime. LOL. I have a set schedule so I should be able to adjust soon, I hope. Back at the day job this morning. Between moving and working last night I am a little tired.
I had to go buy a whole outfit today I couldn't find any of my clothes.
I am off for my birthday on Wednesday so I cannot wait to sleep late. Only have to work my second job from 5-9.
A few months ago he told me "parents don't get breaks"
...and what exactly does he consider himself?
A dead man? omg I just emailed him and he wrote back "don't rush me if I'm busy. This is another fight that doesn't need to happen. Brush it off and move on"

We looked at 8 houses yesterday and fell in love with one! We put in an offer. Now I am sick worrying about whether or not we will get it and if our financing will go through ok.
I did the biggest happy dance ever when I dropped off the kids today. ALONE. I AM ALONE. I am working from home today because my meeting was postponed to wednesday because of the sociopath, and it is so amazing. I'm a but disappointed the cleaning lady is coming because alone all day would have been the best day ever. Summer is way way way too long, lol.

We had to start DD back on Miralax again (2yrs old). I can't get this kid to poop normally. She had a couple hour+ long sessions struggling to poop on Sat and Sun (crying, refusing to move around, etc.). Finally pooped some on Sun but not as much as I would have expected. Last poop before was either Tues or Wed.
We've tried probiotics, fiber gummies, watering down milk, increasing juice (watered down), buying more grapes/berries/pears, flaxseed in food. Next I think will be limiting cheese but man, it's not like she eats much variety right now and slapping some cheese on stuff makes her more likely to eat it.
I was going to try to cancel my gym membership. It was part of my decision to do the 6 month dietbet -- even if I totally failed (WHICH I'M NOT GOING TO DO), it's less than I'm throwing away for my gym that I don't go to.
And then, through a series of events, I came to learn that my gym membership has been canceled since April of 2014. HAHA. A) I WIN. B) I'm sort of embarrassed that I don't watch my credit card closely enough to realize this sooner, and of course that I apparently haven't gone to the gym since before April 2014.
OMG, CurlyQ284. WTF is his problem? Definitely light his shit on fire, and be sitting there roasting marshmallows when he gets home tonight. I am raging for you.

I really don't know. He's been pretty selfish for the last yearish. I have considered splitting up several times in the last few months. It sounds dumb to feel this way over stupid comments but seriously? He has been gone almost the entire month of August between his job and his stupid freaking hobby. He won't be home until DS is asleep tonight because of his hobby. I am doing this all by myself and he says THIS? And then left trash in the hallway that he was supposed to take out for trash day and dishes in the sink when he was supposed to wash dishes last night?!
I am almost at the point where IDGAF about fixing things. Because screw him.
ETA AND I'm supposed to be closing on my short sale on a house which has plagued us for years! I'm so nervous I didn't sleep. I don't need this right now, but I doubt he even remembers that's today because he has something for his hobby and that's more important to him.

Will she eat beans? Not green beans, but something like black beans? Beans are loaded with fiber.
I have a irregular pooper too. Beans are my new trick. Thankfully he loves them but he has a younger brother that hates them. If you think they would go down better with some cheese try mashing them up and putting them in quesadillas. I also add beans in casseroles and soups as often as I can too. My youngest DS often times don't even know they are there if I add them into something.

Thanks I will try more beans too to see if it helps. She will do refried beans sometimes. Mashing black beans might work though. Right now she will mainly avoid them in chili or soups.
Ilya pulls himself to standing now, and he pulls up on everything. He went from just army crawling a few inches to full on getting around the house and onto his feet in such a short time. My babyyy.
I need to do some shopping today, but my knee is all jacked up again and it hurts to walk.

I started watching it too and felt the exact same way lol. Topanga looks like she hasn't aged a single day, I can't get over it.
