I wish I knew what size A is going to be at Christmas. He's 4.5 months old and currently in 9m in carters. Should I expect him to keep at this rate and get him 18m or 12m? I want to get them matching Christmas jammies.
Are you guys doing for pajamas this winter? One or two piece? Trying to figure out potty training More fer warm one piece flannel but not sure it's worth it
We do 2 piece for b. He hated the one piece last year

Omg. That damn store. Gets me every time! I have a love/hate relationship with clothes. Love it all, hate paying for it. Haha
Rhys has nothing for fall/winter (okay, he does have 2 pairs of jeans and I sweatshirt. But the jeans fit now) but "fall/winter" here isn't really fall/winter so I don't know if it's enough to justify new clothes....
Also, and yes I realize I'm here by myself right now lol. I don't know what size to get. He's wearing mostly 12m now but it's still big on him.... So for long sleeve stuff (December-February) maybe I should get 18m. Ugh I hate sizing. And if I wait until December to actually buy they'll already swim suits out!!
I'm not sure if the return policy is the same or not but here they don't have a time limit, as long as the tags are attached and you have a receipt they will take anything back. For good sales I'll grab two sizes and return the one we won't need when he starts fitting into one of the sizes!

That's a good idea.
@jayhawkali have you ever bought the boys jersey lined pants? Or anyone I guess. But I'm just wondering if those are too warm for us?

We don't have this sale right now, do we? Not that I could buy him anything anyway. They literally do not have a single 12 month item. Although that size likely won't get him through winter.

it's not the same sale but they have a bunch of door crashes for a decent price. Our prices are always very different than the U.S. Carter's US does a sales all the time but the list price is pretty high, we have a lower list price but far fewer sales. It actually works out quite evenly and with the dollar in the crapper we might even come out ahead.
I'm sure I've seen 12 month stuff in the store, is it online that's always out?

I would go with 18 month shirts. Those are easier to size up on than pants in my opinion.
Buying ahead is hard, I'm buying nothing because I have no clue what size this kid will wear. He already doesn't fit in half his 3 month stuff at 5 weeks.

They have it in store but online hasn't had stock of anything in boys 12 months for months. Not a single item. It's infuriating. I even emailed them and they were all 'check back, we are always getting more stock'. Sometimes shopping online is easier and I beyond annoyed with them.

B did have 1 or two pair of heavier pants last year. At school he wore a lot of track pants

What size jeans is he? I may have some I can send you.

He's only about 9 months right now! That would be so sweet let me know!

Okay, the ones I for sure know Calvin doesn't fit into anymore are size 6-12 months but he wore them until about 14 months. I think Rhys is taller though. I will look at the others once C is awake!
