I did 11k yesterday, but I know it will be nearly impossible to hit today (all day team meeting and I am too sore to do my long walk right now).
How do you all plan for super sedentary days? Just make it up another day?
I either plan to make it up on the weekend or try to break it up throughout the day. For instance today I will walk for 30 minutes before work, 45min after and I plan to walk on my short lunch break. Even if it's only 15 minutes.

I just get it in however I can. I am constantly walking in place while doing other things. If I have errands to run after work I park as far away from the door as I can. I take a lap around my building every hour or so. If I still need some at the end of the day I get on the treadmill or walk around the neighborhood. Or just walk in place some more while watching TV.

I either try to get as many steps as possible while doing random things or make up for it on other days. Like the weekend before last, I got 4000 on Saturday but 18000 on Sunday. Everyone has off days. I get so lazy to move sometimes!
I came ridiculously close to 10k on Tuesday and was just over 10k yesterday. I'm not going to be able to walk over my lunch break today, which will make things difficult. But we are going to the Gophers football game tonight so I'm hoping that between parking, tailgating, getting to our seats, etc., I will get there.
I'm in! I got something like 8500 on Tuesday and about 11k yesterday. I am hoping to average 10k a day for the month. I know some days I will get more/less but that's ok with me.

3 for 3! I've gotten just about 11k all three days so far. I was off work today, and it's so much harder on these days because I tend to just sit around!
Gah, my fitbit died last night before I could charge it and when I synced this morning yesterday's total was like 3k short. I'm annoyed because it pulled my daily average down. I know what I did, but I'm going to have to up my weekend numbers to compensate.

Ugh, I didn't make my steps yesterday for the first time since July 11th
I went out last night, and thought I would get them while out, but didn't end up moving that much. Oh well. My average is still above target but I'm annoyed at myself.
On the plus side, I am down 19 lbs since the beginning of July!
I was going great until today. I planned on taking the dogs out on a long walk tonight to get the bulk of my steps for today. Only the cat just clawed a few of my toes and now it is going to be a super short walk tonight.
Yesterday I was 2100 short. Today I am trying to make up some of that but I am soo tired from paddle boarding and just being in the sun. 3k left to go. Ugh!
