B: banana, almond milk and protein powder smoothie, pineapple, tea L: salad with avocado, tomatoes, goat cheese, bacon, cukes, onions, oil and lemon juice S: green beans with hummus, kind bar if necessary D: macaroni and cheese that friends made us for dinner. We are going through all of our frozen meals that our loved ones brought us, now that we are back to work by the time we get home at the end of the day we are so emotionally drained that we don't want to cook.
B: sausage, egg white sandwich w/ ketchup, coffee S: baby bell cheese, yogurt if needed L: salad w/ tomatoes, cucumber, goat cheese, dried cranberries, grilled chicken w/ some vinegar S: lara bar D: meatball subs made with leftover chicken meatballs, veggie of some sort

E: 6 mile run B: Protein pancakes, 1 TB PB, almond milk latte Large iced coffee with almond milk creamer S: Cottage cheese and pineapple L: Greek yogurt dip, carrots, HB egg S: 2 bowls Boom Chicka Pop (probably 3 servings total), Graze box fruit thing (100 cals). Dinner was frozen pizza and I'm currently working on a bottle of wine and who knows what else because one of my beloved professors and mentors in my phd program died in the field this week due to a work-related infection.
