I've had a bad experience which has made me shy away from it since. So my answer is No, but I could be cajoled if I were assured it was prepared by an experienced chef/ person.

Love it, although I'm not as big of a fan of tuna tartare. My DH had whale carpaccio (in Norway) and despite the controversy surrounding it, there was a tiny bit of me that wanted to know what it tasted like.

I had it for the first time when I was 8 or 9, my dad took me out to a nice restaurant on a daddy-daughter date, a restaurant called Le Paris in Montreal. It was the day that stock market crashed in 1987. It was the first time I heard the word 'bastard', he used it in reference to his stock broker.
Funny how you associate memories, huh? I just googled it now, it doesn't look that fancy but for whatever reason, when I was 8 it seemed fancy, probably because it wasn't McDonalds? lol.

I've never had it. I have an irrational fear of uncooked meat. I am also not much of a beef person and when I do eat it, I need it overcooked. Blood in my food freaks me out. If I do walk on the wild side, it's raw fish with sushi. Even though I worry myself into a tizzy directly after consuming it with assumptions that I will get sick. #nonstopfun
