I have a MM AW! Today I'm paying off my student loan and the last credit card we carry a balance on!
The money for those is getting snowballed to a debt we owe my husband's parents, and then when that's gone it will be set aside for a down payment on a house (looking to purchase in 18-24 months). I feel like we're finally getting ahead!
It is so aggravating trying to book accommodations with my sister. We do not agree on anything. I could throttle her, but as my mother always reminds me, we cannot alienate her until my sweet baby nephew is old enough to run away and come live with one of us .
I had big plans for the gym this morning, but my body refused to cooperate.

I'm trying to decide when to travel up to the bay area this weekend. Do I a) leave at 6 PM Friday, meaning I'll be driving mostly in the dark but get all day Saturday; or B) leave Saturday morning after teaching spin and arriving about 11 AM.

I'm leaving Sunday FW I W
Help my indecisive so figure this out
11 AM is all day to me, but honestly, I'd probably skip spin to leave even earlier. If you could get there at 9 or 10, that would be worth it to me.

Boyfriend is amazing! Work has been stressing me out. So he came over last night took care of Rocko and made us chicken alfredo from scratch for dinner. This morning, he vacuumed the whole house while I got ready for work. I'm so lucky
Are there any good non-clutter gifts for a 3 year-old boy? I got him some clothes but I feel like I should round it out with something else. He's got more books and toys than he can play with. I don't want to do a college fund donation or an "experience" gift like zoo tickets. Maybe I should just stick with the clothes.
I had my first Spanish class last night at my local community college. I'm excited to finally study the language and remedy my stupid decision to take five years of French as a SoCal high school student.
However, I'm a little nervous about the professor's assertion that the class will involve 15 hours of work a week. And weekly quizzes. Hopefully, I'll do a better job speaking with my South American in laws in December...

Why no zoo or whatever?
How about a little themed/speciality Lego set? Every child I know around that age is OBSESSED with Legos and while that wouldn't be clutter-free, it would end up in the same bin as the kid's other Legos.

The closest zoo would be a bit far for them, plus I don't think they'd go.
I just saw a picture of someone I know. I'm not sure how old she is, but she's at least 45. She looks, honest to God, mid 20s. I wish I knew her well enough to find out what kind of animal blood she is drinking and what she will need to repay the devil. This can't be kosher lol. I need to know her regimen!
@ruralrabbit1...I think I'd like the turquoise. It's not my personal style, but whenever I see bright colored dining chairs, I do think they look great.

I just booked a rental car for $25 for the weekend. At first, I thought it said $25/day in my sleepy state, but then I saw it was $25 for the whole thing. Now that's a MM score. Gotta love Costco.
