I will soonisually by he time 12 hours hits they push you to get an epidural or a c section and I'm trying to avoid that At 4 when the shifts change in will head in And see if I made any progress

I've never heard of an epidural at 12 hours. The only time frame I'm aware of was 24 hours from the waters breaking. I don't think it could hurt to get checked.
I'm aiming for natural birth again and don't want to hit the 12 hour mark and have them epidural me
I delivered in 2 of the major Boston area hospitals no one ever pushed an epi on me. Don't worry about this, they can't force you to do anything you don't want if you and the babe are healthy
