B: cereal & coffee L: two eggs sunny side up, toast & cheddar cheese D: no clue S: no clue E: 1 mile job, 1 mile intervals, cool-down (very excited as I hit a sub 9:30 first mile)
B: protein smoothie, glass of first apple cider of the season, coffee w half n half S: hard boiled egg L: big salad S: cottage cheese w pumpkin; maybe almonds also D: pizza and beer, wine or a caramel vodka with cider on the rocks... Maybe some of each....
B: half pb&j sandwich, 2 hard boiled eggs S1: banana L: Cobb salad in a jar S2: "cookie dough" Greek yogurt D: chicken and spinach enchiladas with slices peaches
B: coffee w/creamer, chia/oatmeal with froz blueberries and granola L: work event - noodles, roast chicken, milkfish, veggies S: apple D: salad and a couple slices of pizza
B: coffee w/creamer, the insides of a breakfast burrito (egg potato sausage chile) L: pizza D: no clue. Friday is takeout day. S: luna bar? Not sure, but I stayed away from the candy bowl yesterday, so I will do that again today.

It's popcorn with dill pickle seasoning and I could eat it until I get canker sores if I let myself! It's at Trader Joes, but I also saw another brand in the checkout aisle of Home Goods the other day!
I am literally standing in front of my fridge trying to figure out what to eat fr breakfast.
And also, something stinks in my kitchen and I can't figure out what....
I think today might be a day on which I just can't even.
ETA: I really really really wanted to stuff all the PB filled pretzels into my face for lunch, but the shame of having to post in this thread saved me.
Here's how it's gone down so far:
B: banana and 2 slices super whole grain cardboard toast (to keep it healthy) slathered in non-butter (to keep it real) S: Apple, kind bar L: I ate the last of the quinoa salad and i had a craving for tacos so I'm cooking up some tempe for a taco. S: ? D: I think I'll make up a batch of veggie burgers. We got a last minute invite to a BBQ tomorrow, so I'll have to make some either today or tomorrow - might as well make them today and then not have to figure something else out for dinner.
B: oatmeal with almond milk, tea, nectarine L: leftover shepherd's pie (delivered from friends last week) S: kind bar (if needed) D: out for our anniversary
