I like the Tommy Tippee soft rubbery ones that have a pouch. They stay on well and are flexible enough to roll up and throw in my bag. I got them at Target.

I like these as well as the Bumkins ones. I have bought both online from whoever had the best prices between Amazon, drugstore dot com and diapers dot com.
I buy almost nothing at real stores these days.
ETA: I also have the ones @pnkybrwstr posted, but they are strictly for at home. They don't exactly slip into the diaper bag or suitcase that easily. I like the TT and Bumkins ones a lot better for on the go. Oh, and we have an Oxo tot one with a pocket that's pretty good, too.
We have this kind and this kind. They are so fucking awesome. Bumkins is good quality - my two year old is using one that my seven year old used as a baby. They contain messes really well.
The Bumkins are great because we just wash it with our dishes each night and hang to dry for use the next day. We only have one and it's held up perfectly.
I loved the baby bjorn bib but will be checking out ikeas giant tarp things cause my first kid is a crazy slob. The bjorns werent even enough to prevent an outfit change a lot of the time.
