I left work early to take my cat to the vet. I got "that sucks but AT LEAST you get to leave early on a nice day." Yes because that matters when my cat has a problem.
You had a rough week? AT LEAST you don't have to go home and put up with a husband. All.week.long.
I HATE at least people. I work with one and it drives me insaaaaaaaane. I'm not allowed to be annoyed at anything because at least it's not this or that. Bah!
I'm still semi-annoyed for being called out on one of the boards earlier this week for doing whatever the hell I wanted during the day when my oldest child started school FT and I wasn't working much. Cause, you know, we're all supposed to be super-productive members of society at all times until we're dead or retired.
I went to Hershey park with a friend and to a brewery on Thursday. On Friday I went car shopping in a different area bc our local dealer didn't have the model I wanted. Then I had lunch and went beer shopping and had a few samplers at the one tap room. So beer around 11am and 1pm. I was going to get a PT job but DH told me not to. I do volunteer a lot at DS' school but I can see more day drinking in my future.
Australians, my sister and my husband. My sister and I have been trying to figure out where to stay in Australia. There are 7 of us traveling, so the goal was to book a large house, preferably on the beach, via Air B&B, except that we have been rejected for every single place. At this point, no one can convince me that race isn't the reason, which is also making me not even really want to go. My sister is getting on my nerves because she's seems determined to be rejected by everyone there with a 4 br house instead of moving onto other options, which I've provided.
My husband apparently couldn't take me being annoyed with people who aren't him, so he had to get in on the action. I was complaining, because at this point, I don't even like some of the places she's requesting and the last one, she didn't even send me. I trust her judgment not at all. So I said, "You know I can be particular about--," when he said, "Everything." This devolved into him telling me all the things I am "persnickety" about, including, how the dishwasher is loaded, how everything in the house is organized, how I want the groceries put on the conveyor belt, how I like the towels folded, how he drives, blah blah blah. Like, who doesn't have systems? I am over everyone right now. This is why I like to handle my own travel stuff. We would have been booked by now and it would have been better than wherever we end up. Also, I'm kind of annoyed with my mother for her refusal to tell my sister she's a moron.

Fall/pumpkin spice latte hype is starting to annoy the hell out of me. Fall doesn't even start for two weeks, and it's going to be 103 fucking degrees outside. Stop with your talk of yoga pants/UGGs/hot coffee drinks/Halloween.

I am currently sitting on an airplane watching everyone else board. I can't tell what is more annoying: people who bring more than their allotted carryons and/or bags that are clearly too big and then get pissy about it or the fact the crews lets them past the ticket area with all this crap.
Now we are listening to people trying to negotiate bin space for stupid shit.
But, you are totally in my head with your persnicketiness. Everything you listed I'm like "of course you do! Is there no order in this world for people???" Of course you are totally right.
Thanks.
It only makes sense, right? I can't really wrap my head around the alternative because it seems like chaos and a huge time waster. Systems = efficiency = more time! It's so "duh."

DH gives me a hard time about groceries on the conveyor belt. C'mon! It's cold stuff all together. Then boxes. Then heavy things, then crushable things. There's an order to it!

Exactly! That's my exact order (because it's logical)! My cold things can further be broken down into this order: produce, dairy, deli, meat, frozen. You know what I mean lol.
