I had acupuncture today (this is the first cycle I've done it and my 2nd time so far), and it was awesome and relaxing. My acupuncturist was really focusing on the stress and anxiety and kept telling me to take care of myself/be kind to myself/rest/relax during the 2WW.
I am notoriously high strung and high energy, and some of the things I used to do to destress are out (mountain biking, out bc of stimming ovaries, and shopping is out bc my moneys all going toward treatments!!).
Anyone have suggestions for how you help your body relax and calm your mind during treatments? Just feel like I need some positive ideas to unwind and take care of myself mentally & physically...
