Thanks so much for all of your kind words. We're doing okay. The first time was SO HARD because it was such a huge shock. This time we got to come home to our amazing sweet little boy.
After the first u/s, the midwife sent us across the hospital to radiology for a second ultrasound to confirm (on a higher-fidelity u/s machine). The staff were amazing at fitting us into their busy schedule. The young man at the reception desk brought us a box of tissues. And a woman saw me crying and came up and gave me a hug and said she didn't know what I was going through, but was praying for me. Pope Francis' mass was on the TV in the background. In the grand scheme of things, we have had so many blessings in life.
