How much do you spend on a wedding gift (cash gift) for a co-worker? This will cover MH and I. I was thinking $100, but MH was thinking less. He thinks $75 is OK. He actually said $50, but no.
I'm fine with the $100, but was curious what others thought. The bride and I aren't close at all outside of work.

See, I would not spend $100 on a person I wasn't very close with.
That's why in those situations I normally give a physical gift. Because spending 30 bucks on a few different items seems like it's more than a check worth $30 lol.
But we also can't afford $100 or even $75 for every single wedding we get invited to. I am honestly so ready for everyone close to me to be done getting married!
So I probably didn't really answer your question lol. Whatever you can afford and feel like giving. If he said 50 and you said 100, maybe compromise with 75?
For a coworker who I'm not close with, $75 sounds good. Around here everyone gives gifts and not money for weddings, and I typically spend $75-100 on people who aren't close friends.

I sealed the envelope last night. I went with $100. I also haven't been to a wedding in a few years, so it's not like I am constantly shelling out gift money. I asked other co-workers too and most were doing $100, as a couple.
Wedding gift money is so tough! My friend/instructor got married a few weeks ago and we gave her $250 because according to Jerry, it was necessary. ^o)
We probably never give less than $200, it is kind of the norm in our social circles.
For those I am close to I give personalized gifts. My newest find is My Dreamlines. They have tons of art ideas. They have gift cards for a sketch of her dress and his suit, home, pets, etc. I have a sketch of my dress. Very cool gift idea! (heart)
