My son eats peanut butter sandwiches for lunch almost every day. I've been buying the Costco Organic All Natural version, but it's so hard to spread. What kind do you buy?
I like the Jif Natural because it is easy to spread. I used to buy Smuckers Natural, but I could never get the oil fully mixed with the peanut butter so I'd have a few oily sandwiches then a jar of dried peanut powder.
I like the Skippy Natural, and my grocery store usually has a good sale on it about once per month. They used to sell it at Costco and it was a great deal, but I haven't seen it there recently
And if you're interested in branching out to almond butter, Barney Butter is amazing and super easy to spread.
I can't really remember the last time I bought peanut butter. J has an allergy so he has always eaten sunbutter. Once we confirmed he wasn't allergic to almonds also I started buying Barney too to mix it up with the sunbutter and I eat it too.
We use WF 365 organic creamy peanut butter. (I specify organic because I like it with a little sugar and salt, and the non-organic version doesn't have sugar.) When I can't get that, I get Skippy Natural.
H likes the fresh ground peanut and almond butters from WF.
