I figured you ladies would be more helpful than my IT department with this question...
I want to be able to set-up a conference call telephone number for all participating parties to call into. Right now, I have to schedule a WebEx meeting, log on to Webex and "start" that meeting to activate the conference line for the meeting, even if we aren't having any sort of screen sharing.
Surely there is a service out there that can just create a dial-in number and access code, right?
FWIW, I can conference people from my office phone--call one, then the other--but that limits the number of participants, and the client specifically asked for a line everyone can call into.
Thanks, all. Ended up with an account at conferencecalling.com. It is $19/month, but if it keeps me from fooling with WebEx on a weekly basis, it is worth it.

I see that you've already picked one, so this might not be helpful, but we use UberConference. It's free, and we've used it daily for over a year now and never had an issue.
