Core the apples, fill with raisins or craisins and sprinkle with cinnamon. Pour apple cider in the baking dish until bottom is covered and bake in a covered dish at 350 for 45 minutes.
You can add things like chopped pecans or walnuts, butter, and sugar to the inner core if you want more deliciousness and calories
These! There was a FB video going around showing how to do these so I made them. I didn't have any caramel so I used hot fudge in the middle. They were delicious!

Mini caramel apples. You basically scoop out bite size pieces, spear with a lollipop stick, dip in melted caramel and freeze/refrigerate. I never eat caramel apples because they are so big and messy, but these were the perfect bite sized bites. I'm probably going to make them for W's class Halloween party.
