Super easy for snack or meal. I eat this several times a week and it's so addictive:
Toast slices of good crusty bread Mash avocado coarsely and spread on bread Slice grape tomatoes and put on top of the avocado Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper Drizzle with balsamic vinegar
The Brussels sprouts from nomnompaleo. I don't normally care for Brussels sprouts and don't eat paleo but these are unbelievably good and so simple.
Also, toast rounds of good French bread drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt and ground pepper. Serve with softened goat cheese and a mix of diced tomatoes, basil, s&p, evoo, and balsamic vinegar. I like to drizzle it with store bought balsamic glaze, too.
Or just make a reduction and drizzle over roasted or grilled veggies. Or reduce and eat on strawberries, or a salad with strawberries and blue cheese over greens.

Caprese pesto pasta. I toss together some sort of pasta, halved grape tomatoes, mozzarella pearls, basil pesto and balsamic vinegar all together. And then eat the entire pot.

One of my favorite things in the world: Strawberry bacon balsamic pizza. This is more or less what I do. www.annies-eats.com/2012/05/09/strawberry-balsamic-bacon-pizza/ I wing it though and don't use the parmesan or cilantro, and I usually use red onion instead.
And as a snack. Or on a salad. Or just handfuls at a time because they're addictive and delicious: cooksnapsavour.wordpress.com/2013/01/11/candied-pecans-recipe/ It's just brown sugar and balsamic (and oil) but the mixture cooks down into a delicious syrup with just a slight tang from the vinegar. They only take a few minutes to make. But you'll want to make a lot because people inhale them.

pesto AND balsamic? omgggg.
Is this a good or bad omggg?! I swear it's one of the tastiest things ever. I made it with half spaghetti, half zucchini noodles last night!
We marinate cherry or grape tomatoes, halved in balsamic for a few hours ( or longer) to use on caprese bruschetta. Then we use the leftovers in salads. So yummy.
I want to figure out a balsamic hard candy recipe. Soo good reduced!
