I'm not sure my DH would ever have his race bikes stored outside, but my road bike and many of our other bikes are in our shed. But yes, if I had the extra money, I'd buy an outdoor storage like that for our commuter, cruiser, and bar bikes. Is it lockable? I'd only buy if it were lockable.
However, I would probably choose something more like this b/c I don't like the look of that one and I like the shelves/hangers on ones like these:
And I know my DH has looked at Asgard ones - his friend who used to live in Europe has one that is really secure and specific to bikes, but I wonder if you can get them here in the US? (I had to search outside green bike storage b/c I didn't know the name, but google found it. )

Oh and look - who would have known that if you get one with a single swinging door that you can build a cute shed around it with a living roof on top?!

Not that I don't think they'll just come back with bolt cutters, but I'm pretty free about "as long as it has a padlock" and would call it good.
I also left my purse AND car keys in the front seat of my car once and never noticed. Car went untouched. So I obviously don't live in a high theft of any kind area. (Cows can't drive.)

I'd be comfortable using that, for sure. Although I did once accidentally leave my purse on the front seat of my car for THREE HOURS in San Francisco, so I may not be the best judge of item safety. So ... grain of salt.

Ha! I have also left my wallet in the car overnight and been lucky. But bikes and bike parts are an entirely different matter here. A bike will disappear if you blink while it's unlocked. No idea why they are so targeted!
They're probably an easy flip to a bike shop or pawn shop. Plus, built in mode of transporting stolen goods.
Here, people steal the stupidest things. Like someone posted on my B/S/T group on FB that someone stole a giant cement lion statue. REALLY?! How in the hell did they move that thing and go unnoticed?? I work in a less nice part of town (locked down often, but still the midwest so I don't feel too unsafe) and I once left my iPad in the front seat too. I was glad my window was intact!
I think the only issue would trying to get your bike out in the rain. I could see it just running off and onto the biker. The kind with a door seems better in that respect. With the kind you posted, once you open the top, everything inside gets wet. Not a problem if you don't ride when its wet out though.
