Two pans, but this is just some random stuff my mom used to make, and I loved as a kid (and still do, tbh). Pretty easy, but can take some time with the simmering and mashed potatoes.
Brown 2ish lbs ground beef, drain off the fat. Add a can of cream of mushroom soup, and 1/4 to 1/2 of the can of water. Add frozen veggies of choice (I like corn and green beans), and seasoning (garlic, onion, salt/pepper, etc.). Simmer until thick. Serve over mashed potatoes.
This, but over egg noodles, and I usually use peas. Â I might have to make this soon, actually...
That's how my mom made stroganoff, except with sour cream instead of water and the veggie on the side.
We make it a lot! I double the chili powder and cumin, and just add all the beans (because WTF are you going to do with 1/4 of a can of beans?) I also use a pound of ground beef.
I don't care for cream of crap, but I do make Pioneer Woman's Lazy Lasagne
5 cups Bowie noodles 1pound ground beef Jar of sauce Shredded mozzarella Olive oil Dollop of sour cream
Brown and drain meat, dump the cooked noodles on the meat in a large skillet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and a little Italian seasoning. Stir in sauce, about a cup of shredded mozzarella and a spoon of sour cream. It's delicious

The easiest one I make is really good- bake some chicken, shred it in with a can of cream of chicken and some egg noodles. I add steam in bag brocolli and it's perfect, quick dinner. If I have sour cream I add some, buts good without too.
No cream of crap, but it is one pot. If you use frozen, chopped onion, you don't really even have to do any prep work. Just dump and cook. We've had this several times. It's delicious.

This is also very good UNDER mashed potatoes. Beef? Good. Potatoes? Good? Cream of crap? GOOOD.
ETA: I brush the tops of the potatoes with egg so that it gets kind of brown and crispy and to class it up.

I got a three meal thing from Blue Apron for my birthday. Those meals were a ton of work! I spent way more time prepping those than most meals I make. And the clean up - using like 3 pots/pans per meal! They were ok not great.
