I'm reading the article now. God, I hate when the media report on weight loss and say something like "he finally conquered the battle of the bulge." Uh no, fuck you, it will be hard forever, and most people will gain that weight back. Because it's fucking hard.
I was just coming in to say I thought he was dead as well! He looks awesome. I think he looks good bigger too. I agree he just has something about him.
Another one who always thinks that he is dead. When I saw that article (on facebook, I think), I actually said, "Oh! He's not dead! Good!" I have no idea why I think this.
Lol, I'm liking all your guys' posts but jeez! The guy does like 3 movies a year! How can you think he was dead?!
Right? For a while, he was in every movie DH and I watched. It was a running joke with us. "So, what are we watching tonight?" "I don't know, but it probably has John Goodman in it!"

I love him too. He seems so paternal to me. He's also in a new Christmas ensemble movie with Diane Keaton that's coming out this year. This will be my one theater movie of the year.

Love him. I saw him in person once, he walked near me (along with Lynn Swann) in my marching band in college at the 2000 Sugar Bowl. He is WAY taller in person than you would think. Like 9ish feet tall. I am glad to see him aging so well.
