I usually wear a tank top and shorts to bed, but lately I've been so uncomfortable. I feel like I'm tossing and turning all night and everything is getting all bunched up.
I've tried a short night gown before but it was just OK.

I don't wear anything for that exact reason. I toss and turn so much I end up waking myself up because whatever I am wearing is now wrapped around me and uncomfortable

I let my dogs sleep in the bed, otherwise that's probably what I'd do!
When I have to wear something, it's underwear or flannel pants with a drawstring, and a built in bra tank. The pants are long enough they don't ride up too much and the drawstring keeps them in place.
I'm actually surprised at how many people sleep in the nude. I hate sleeping without clothes on-I get cold and vulnerable. Lol.
My main concern is what if there is a middle of the night emergency? I'm not running out of the house naked lol. My h is a nude sleeper and if something happens in the middle of the night (dog puke, etc) he is all running around trying to find boxers or whatever. No thanks.

Exactly. Replace dog with kids and that's me (and no husband )

I feel like one of us needs to be dressed (we switch off), because if we're both naked, we're just asking for disaster!

I am so glad that I am not alone in this. I am so convinced that if we have a fire it will be at night, and hell no am I running out of the house naked into the arms of a TV reporter. Yes, our town is small, a house fire is big news. Because of this most likely irrational fear I do my make-up every night before bed.

I have to sleep in pajama bottoms. I can't stand it if my legs touch. Iother than that I sleep in a tank or long sleeve shirt depending on the time of year.

I sleep naked most of the time, though will put on underwear when I have my period.
I hate sleeping with clothes on. Like many on here, they get bunched up because I toss and turn a bunch.
I do keep a shirt and pants on the chest at the foot of our bed in the event I have to get up with a kid in the middle of the night. I also have a robe but I only use that in the winter because it's so thick and warm.

you must be prettier than me.
Just my humor, I was being funny. Don't worry, my humor often goes overlooked IRL too.
