ETA: I used to volunteer to work on holidays to avoid my younger sister. I'd buy microwave turkey, canned cranberry sauce, frozen broccoli, and rolls. Pathetic, but better than hanging out with her. She's not as bad as your sister sounds though! Especially not now.

you could come to my house for Friendsgiving! and take pics so you could write it off! win all around. I have a cute new baby who doesn't cry too much and a spunky dog, and duh Stan will be there so it will be awesome. The bad part is where I live, so sorry about that.

I hear you on the holidays!  Bailing on family is sometimes necessary...although last thanksgiving I got quite intoxicated and it made it tolerable and even fun!
