why can't we do the "what did you eat today?" lol I'm back on track!
I cannot buy gushers. cannot buy. I will eat an entire box in one sitting. 480 empty calories. I think that is the only food I really have no control with.

I'm on my second packet right now lol.
My confession is that I'll eat the juice out of the pickle jar when they're all gone. It grosses my H out to the point he cannot be in the same room with me if I'm doing it.
I could eat a dozen cookies that I just baked...by myself. DH could eat the other dozen. Unless, I make baked goods as a gift, it is dangerous to keep them in the house.

I'm jealous! I don't think I've had them since my 21st birthday. my grandmother gave me a jumbo box and I told her she could never do such a thing again. lol.

This. Which is why I NEVER bake anything...even if I say I am going to take it to work they never make it to the next morning.
I've learned not to buy anything that I will binge on and it prevents me from going crazy. We never have ice cream or cookies, etc because it'll be gone in 3 days.
If I'm eating only salad, it may be the biggest salad anyone has ever seen. Seriously, the portions are out of this world. My rationale is that it's only salad. If I add protein, I'm more reasonable. But with only vegetables? Forget it. I don't understand people who can't go through a bag of salad mix. Also, I'm part squirrel. I could easily eat a whole package of cookies, but I prefer to destroy an entire package by picking the chocolate chips (or raisins) out and eating only those. I've been known to do the same to a box of Raisin Bran. Same for baked goods containing raisins, nuts or anything else of the sort. So bad. I could also eat my body weight in candy, most breads, and most crackers without blinking, but I've improved my ability not to do so. My husband likes sweets and loves to do cheese and crackers, so we have some on hand and I typically avoid them. Not tasting them at all is easier for me than having a few and calling it quits.

Bananas are gross.
I finally found a store that sells Birthday Cake Oreos. I ate an entire sleeve in one sitting, and told H that I shared with people at work. #teamfatass
I love food in general and am not picky, but I have no self control when it comes to sweets. Oreos are my absolute favorite cookies and I can eat the whole package if I let myself, but I probably sneak about 6-10 throughout a day. H will go to get one randomly and complain that there's no more Oreos and that he hadn't even had any. I love everything Oreo flavored too.
Very rarely do I not have dessert after lunch AND dinner. Usually vanilla ice cream...sometimes I go for seconds even if I've completely stuffed myself from dinner. At least once a week, we'll bake a giant chocolate chip cookie after dinner and I'll top it with a scoop of ice cream.
I wont' let myself buy Sour Gummy Worms anymore. I will eat a whole bag in one sitting. I tried not buying Oreos and didn't have any for 2 weeks until Saturday when I finally broke down and got a bag.
I know one day all these sweets is going to catch up to me especially after reading the thread where everyone is saying 26 is when it all goes down hill. I just turned 27 so I'm trying to cut down on it, but it's so hard.

Wal-mart has them. I haven't let myself get one yet haha.
I made a pretty yummy chicken dish for dinner tonight but I put too much garlic on it. I was going to save DH half of it for tomorrow for his dinner, but he isn't a huge garlic fan and I figured he wouldn't enjoy it. So I ate it.
Which means I had about 8oz of chicken and 1lb of mushrooms (or whatever oz comes in those little containers at the grocery store)
I guess it wasn't that unhealthy (other than a bit of butter to cook the chicken) but it was definitely overeating.
