Okay, so I don't do hills. Ever. Usually my runs are 100-200 ft elevation max. I just checked my Hong Kong run and got a shock. Yes, it felt uphill. But didn't realise it was 2700ft of elevation!! Given I had 3 hrs sleep and it was a 22C morning, I'm very pleased with myself for completing it in 1:51!
PS have now landed in Sydney, it's very early in the morning, it is going to be 32C today, I'm considering get up in 4 hours and going for a short run...
