Do you have a thermometer? If so, cook to 150. If you're going for a pulled pork, cook till it shreds easily.

another 2h on low will probably be fine.

No thermometer. I should really get one. I am shredding it, so that should be a good indicator. I didn't even think of that.
Oh if you're shredding it's easy. Turn to low and just make sure it doesn't dry out (add liquids if that happens).

I did one yesterday @ 5 hours on high and it fell apart. It was awesome. Just make sure there's a little moisture in there then drain it for yummy gravy base.

Loin? It's done. You can actually eat pork a bit pink and below 165.
