Probably $175 on DS, $150 each on each other, and $50 each for one niece, seven siblings and siblings-in-law, and four parents. We'll also spend about $100 total on friends' kids and $100 on an angel tree child.
I am adding that up and cringing since we've only bought for DS so far. Bye bye, money.

Kids - $150 total ($50ish on each) - they get a ton from ILs BIL/SIL - $60 each MIL/FIL - $75 each Nephew/Niece - $50 each (want, need, wear, read) Daycare workers/teachers - $200 ($10 gift cards, there are SO MANY to buy for between 3 kids)
We don't do presents with my family and my H and I don't exchange, so it's not too expensive overall.

It depends on the person and the year. Some years are bigger than others! our nieces and nephew, roughly 40-50 each DD1- probably $250 DD2- $50 DH- $500+ he asked for new golf clubs which he is getting, normally it wouldn't be this big me- there is not actual big gift I want this year, so I may just pick up smaller items for myself -we have a $50 gift exchange in my family -a $20 white elephant exchange -stockings- who knows how much $$ $100 roughly on each set of parents
We don't have specific budget but I try not to go crazy. I probably spend $250 on each kid. If DH and I exchange presents it is usually about $500 each. We haven't talked about it this year but I am leaning towards not exchanging. We spend $100 on each of my parents and $75 for the Hannukah gift exchange at his house. We also buy frames and give all grandparents and great grandparents framed school pictures of our kids. I used to exchange with a few friends but last year we decided to go have a spa day together which was an awesome kid free day that I hope we repeat this year!
I'm adding it all up for the first time this year and expect to be shocked. In my head it's like $2k all in, but I think it's more than that.
Kids - $150ish each from Santa/stockings and we spent $350 on Disney on Ice (plus there will be more day-of).
Parents - $250 total Other adults (name exchange/siblings/grandparents) - $350ish Other kids/nieces/nephews/siblings - $25-30 x 9 Dog - $100
Non-gift Tips $350 Tree $50 Carriage ride/activities $250 Charity (I got a raise this year, so this is my splurge) $1500ish
We might come in under $4k?
ETA: I forgot each other - we do a beer advent calendar together. That's probably $200. We usually go away together for our anniversary in Jan rather than exchange gifts. And we do a Christmas date night - $250ish. ETA2: and calendars for the grandparents. $100. I knew it would keep adding up.
I'll be happy if we can keep it under $300 cash this year. I saved my reward points all year knowing I wouldn't be working so I've cashed in for $100 worth of gift cards and I'll have another $25-50 before Christmas. thats helping to stretch our budget a lot.
My parents are quite generous with us so we are getting our "big" things from them. Bonus that they give us cash in USD and we got an extra $33 on the hundred this year in conversion so it seemed super generous.
We don't really exchange gifts among my family and haven't for years. I did make a Shutterfly calendar of the kids for my Dad but among my siblings and my mom we don't exchange gifts. We will be paying for my mom to come along with us to do various holiday activities for which she has asked to join us as an extra thank you for watching the kids. We pay her as our nanny but we like to do something extra for her at the holidays. With my family it's more about doing the various activities witH each other.
We also don't exchange gifts with the inlaws.
H and I will probably set a budget of $100 for eachother.
The kids is where we spend all the money. I will probably spend about $325 on each kid. This includes joint presents and stocking stuffers. But I don't have a set budget. This is just based off of what I have spent so far and what I know I still need to buy. We don't buy the kids toys during the year other than birthdays so we do big Christmases. The kids also don't get gifts from anyone other than my parents and sister who don't gp overboard.
Eta: I forgot teacher git's and giving tree. It will probably be about $150 on teacher gifts and I'm not sure for giving tree/food donations/and other giving. I never pay attention to this so I'm really not sure especially since we have an extra coat and mitten drive through J's preschool that we will do.
Every one else is getting a baby (Christmas due date). Whenever baby comes, we will do newborn pics with the siblings and send those to grandparents/aunt/uncles.

We will probably spend $600ish (total. Not evenly divided up) on the girls. We don't buy for each other.
$50 each on my parents. $100 each on my ILs. $10 on each niece (and one is getting an outfit that DD2 never wore). $150 for gifts for DH's team that he manages at work. $100 for teacher gifts and a gift for our best friend. $100 for my grandma and aunt.

On my kids....I don't even want to know. I spend a lot. We don't buy for adults either. I usually spend about $30 each on my nieces and nephews. If we buy for our parents, we spend about $50 pp.
For siblings we try to spend $30-50 each, but we've started drawing names for DH's mom's side (3 siblings plus mom, bf and brothers' gfs), so that helps. His dad's side we buy for each sibling (4). I just have my brother and SIL.
Parents about $50 each, but this year my brother and I are going in together for a TV for my mom, so $100.
DH and I, $50-100 each. DD is too small to know, and will get tons from everyone else, so I'm thinking maybe a couple small things, under $50. When she's older and we can do Santa I'm sure it'll be a lot more.
Total about $1,000, plus another $100ish on Christmas cards and postage.
I added up the kids stuff and it was right at 300 for both kids including the play kitchen, so $150 per kid.
Somewhere between 50-100 for each other. Our birthdays are both within advent too, so that's an extra complication.
We aim for around $50 each for our parents and siblings. A little less per kid for nephews. And then smaller things for the other random people. A few years ago we were creeping up to closer to $100/person and we've tried to cut back.
Ds and dd around $100-150 this year. Parents and inlaws $400 in total Ds school driver $50 Daycare provider $250 Nephew $25 The kids get gifts for my sisters who have no kids as well since we stopped doing a sibling exchange. We will spend around $50 each. No gifts for h and I this year.
$200 for DD $100 each for our parents ($300) $50 each for our siblings, including in-laws ($250) $50 for my grandma $25 each for my godparents and DD's godparents ($100) $50 for my godson $100 for friends' kids $50 for secret santa with my college friends At least $250 for H's school staff and principal
ETA: H and I haven't decided if we're exchanging gifts yet or not. We'll look at the budget and if we really want anything and then decide.
We don't buy for a lot of people so typically $50 per person and $100-$150 per kid. We buy for DS and DD, my niece and nephew my parents, MIL, my aunt and my cousin.
I am also doing a $25 GC for DS's kinder teacher and a pastry tray for the office staff so anther $40 for them.
We also spend about $50 on baking supplies for DH's co workers and other friends that we give baked goods to.
My brothers and I don't exchange anymore. We spend $25 for H's sister and her husband. 1 nephew to buy for and I spend about $20. Our parents we spend about $50 each. H I spend around $100.
This is the first year buying stuff for our kids. I don't have a set budget but I'm not buying a ton. Most things on our wish list I have told grandparents to buy.
We're spending $200-250 on DD. Probably $200-300 total on each other. Probably less, I want to keep it low so we have more money for Hawaii. We drew names with family here, so $200 for two people. Parents are getting photobooks, so about $80. $20 each for nieces and nephews, x4.
This is probably the tamest year ever.
I don't factor in tree, decor, cards, etc, into my "Christmas spending" budget.
Honestly, we didn't really set a budget this year, this is just kind of what its worked out to.

Depends on the person really. $20 for extended family, $50 at most for closer relatives (our parents, for example). We'll likely spend close to $100 each on one another and the kids

We are really bad because I am will admit we are last minute shoppers. We probably won't spend much on M because we will be at my IL's so I am shot shelping gifts down to FL and he gets a ton down there and my parents give him 8 Hanukkah gifts. He will not be lacking for stuff.
I will probably spend about $50 each for his teachers at school and I spend about $20 each for my staff (gift cards). I feel like stuff just pops up like we are doing an Angel tree kid so that is another $50. We normally spend about $200 on the IL's and same for my parents. Then we add in the nieces and nephews and that is about $50-75 each depending if they are married or not.
edited to add that probably will spend another $150 total on some close friends kids.
Budget? Yeah, I'm just letting the credit card fly. I've been doing way too much online shopping. And contrary to most years, most of what I've bought has been for other people.
I'll probably end up spending about $200 each for DH and DS and less for other family members though it is a bit varied.
Several family members have birthdays in Dec and Jan too, so I'm doing all the shopping at once. For those people I somehow I ended up with more even considering it needs to be split in 2 gifts?

$20 each for nephews (x 5) $20 each for Sils and Hs (x 4 $80 each for MIL, FIl and my gran (x 3) DD - $100 (I mean, the advent calendar cost $35 but not really getting her many toys) Daycare worker - $100
H is the issue. His wishlist include two BB workouts at $100 each plus a new blender at $$$$

DS - $200 Boss - $50 DS Teachers - $150 Parents - $400 for all 4 Nieces/Nephews - $50 each (we will have 2 this year) DH - we decided we are doing really minimal or nothing for each other. I'll probably fill his stocking with things totaling around $50 or so
I told DH I'd be able to keep the kids under $150 total. Our parents, siblings, and nieces and nephews will double that, even with inexpensive gifts. The last couple years we've been around $800 total for everyone. This year we need to be at about half that.
