Nada, but I'm impressed that between shopping for and making food to take to Thanksgiving dinner tomorrow I have racked up 10,000 steps today. Not bad considering that I spent 9 hours at a desk!
I angry ran my 6 miles at about 9pm last night. It felt good to release the stress of a really hard day, but my legs didn't appreciate a pace that was wholly inappropriate for a Tuesdau night. So I'm going to wait until H gets home this evening to do my 4 recovery miles.

I did 45 on my bike at 6 AM then went to Orange Theory and got my ass handed to me. No idea why today was so hard but it was. Going to go tomorrow before we head out of town but I'm already sore.
2.75 miles. The farthest I have run pain-free since June. I am realizing that I have lost a lot more run fitness than I had thought, but I am glad to be running again!
